Dear Ms. Goudeau:
We are pleased to announce that, due to high demand, Municipal Code Corporation now has
the ability to accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards for all future Code and Looseleaf
Suppiement Service orders.
In order for us to provide this service, a 4% handling fee will be added to the total price of the
Code and Land Development Code, which will be retained by MCC for service charges incurred.
This additional handling fee will be passed on to the subscriber. There will be no additional
cost to the City for MCC providing this service.
For your records, the new price, should you decide to offer this service to your subscribers,
would be $361.66 for the Code and $94.58 for the LDC. This includes one subscription to
Looseleaf Supplement Service and sales tax. The desired quantity of order forms reflecting the
new price would be fOlWarded to your office at no charge.
MCC feels this will allow for prompt processing and faster turnaround time in delivery of the
Codes to the subscriber. If the City does not want MCC to provide this service, the subscribers
will have to continue to send their check or money order in for processing. Please note the
area at the bottom of this page for your response if this is not satisfactory. Simply fax this page
to us at (904)575-8852 and we will not accept credit cards for your subscriber's purchases.
If the City does not wish to add 4% to the total cost of the Code, but would like the
subscribers to have the ability to use credit cards, the City may absorb the cost. We could
credit your MCC account -4% for all credit cards orders. If you are interested in this option,
please check the appropriate box at the bottom of this page.
