Dear Sue:
It was a pleasure seeing you again at the F ACC Conference. Per your discussion with
Anne Wilson, we are pleased to present the following information reagrding updates
for electronic media and printing hard copies.
Currently the City receives concurrent electronic and printed quarterly Supplements.
The City can choose to receive Electronic Supplements and publish the changed pages
as desired. This will allow the City to have more up-to-date information at their
fingertips and still be able to provide the hard copy Supplements to the City and
outside subscribers.
ELECTRONIC SUPPLEMENTS
The City may find Electronic Supplements to be more cost efficient if the City were
to publish the hard copies on a quarterly, semiannual or annual basis. The following
table itemizes the cost for monthly, bimonthly and quarterly electronic updating, and
furnishing one set of disks.

If the Electronic Supplements Option is chosen, the licensing for Socrates will still apply and
there will be no additional charge for updated disks. The City would save the $2 per page
charge for the updating of the electronic media. The above per page rate includes supplying the
City with the disks.
We look forward to discussing the above options with you in the near future. Please call
Danielle or myself if you have any questions at all.
Sincerely,
