renewal fees for outside subscribers. We appreciate receiving your break down of
fees for the last subscription period. However, at this time, we do not wish to
increase our fees.

The subscription period for Looseleaf Supplement Service to the Clearwater Code
and Land Development Code runs April 1 through March 31 of each. It is time
to bill subscribers for the 4/1/95 through 3/31/96 subscription period, and we are
pleased to submit the following information.
I. Code of Ordinances
The subscribers paid $100 for the 4/1/94 through 3/31/95 subscription period and
received four Supplements (and one Revision), Nos. 5 through 8, Revision 1. The
following is a breakdown of the per copy cost of each Supplement published
during the 4/1/94 through 3/31/95 subscription period, including handling charges
for distribution. This figure should be used as a guide in what to charge
subscribers for the ensuing subscription period.

We currently print 150 copies of each Supplement to the Code, with 80 copies
shipped to the City, 15 copies shipped to 15 outside subscribers and 23 copies sent
23 complimentary subscribers (see enclosed mailing lists). We have 27 bound
copies of the Code in storage. The annual storage fee is $200 (includes storage
for Code, LDC and all Supplements).

II. Land Development Code
The subscribers paid $35 for the 4/1/94 through 3/31/95 subscription period and
received four Supplements, Nos. 5 through 8. The following is a breakdown of
the per copy cost of each LDC Supplement published during the 4/1/94 through
3/31/95 subscription period, including handling charges for distribution. Again, this
figure should be used as a guide in what to charge subscribers for the 4/1/95
through 3/31/96 subscription period.

We currently print 300 copies of each Supplement of the LDC, with 60 copies
shipped to the City, 65 copies shipped to 64 outside subscribers and 26 copies sent
to 25 complimentary subscribers. We have 110 paperbound copies of the LDC in
storage.
We recommend increasing the Code renewal fee to $110 and leaving the LDC
renewal fee at $35 for the 4/1/95 through 3/31/96 subscription period. This is only
a recommendation. We need your final approval before we proceed to bill
subscribers.
Once the renewal fees have been set for this year's subscription period, I will
forward your office new order cards reflecting the current subscription dates and
pnces.
