Dear Ms. Goudeau:
The subscription period for Looseleaf Supplement Service to the Clearwater Code
and Land Development Code runs April 1 through March 31 of each year.
It is time for us to bill subscribers [or the 4/1/94 through 3/31/95 subscription
period. For you information, we are pleased to submit a breakdown of the per
copy and handling costs for the first subscription period, 4/1/93 through 3/31/94 for
both the Code and Land Development Code.
1) Code. For a $100.00 subscription fee, covering the period 4/1/93 through
3/31/94, the subscribers received Supplement Nos. 1 through 4. For
comparison purposes, I've divided the cost of these Supplements by 150
(the current print run) and 107 (the actual number of copies in use by
outside subscribers and City Departments) to illustrate the actual per copy
and handling costs. We currently have 37 bound copies of the Code in
storage.

period 4/1/93 through 3/31/94, the subscribers received Supplement Nos. 1
through 4. For comparison purposes, I've divided the cost of these
Supplements by 300 (the current print run) and 129 (the actual number of
copies in use by outside subscribers and City Departments) to illustrate the
actual per copy and handling costs. We currently have 154 paperbound
copies of the Land Development Code in storage.
