For your information and handling, please find enclosed the "original"
"Guarantee and Maintenance Warranty" along with the Proposed "Maintenance
Agreement" for the Miami/ Dover elevator that was installed in the Sludge
Dewatering Building. The Warranty is for eighteen (18) months as specified
by the Contract Documents, Section 14225, Article 1.02, Pages 2 and 3.
