04/14/2008 CITY COUNCIL BUDGET PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES CITY OF CLEARWATER April 14, 2008 Present: Frank Hibbard Mayor George N. Goudeau City Clerk The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. at the Long Center and presented information regarding the City’s budget and the upcoming challenges. Doug Matthews, Public Communications Director, explained the exercise the attendees in which the attendees will use “chips” in determining priorities and service cuts. The attendees than broke into groups to complete the exercise.
