EXTENSION OF FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT (2)EXTENSION OF FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made this 2k day of , 2010, between the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, a Florida municipal corporation `Contractor") and the PINELLAS
COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION AUTHORITY, a special district of Pinellas County
Government established by Chapter 73-600, Laws of Florida ("Authority").
1. Contractor currently contracts with Authority to provide fire protection and
suppression services to the Clearwater Dependent Fire District which has been
established as a dependent district under the Authority.
2. The current agreement between the Contractor and the Authority is dated
October 13, 2009 and is set to expire September 30, 2010.
3. Contractor and Authority wish to extend the term of the contract until
September 30, 2011.
4. Contractor and Authority agree that upon approval of this extension, all terms
of the original agreement will remain in force and effect as if the original term
of the contract extended to September 30, 2011.
IN WITNESS WEREOF, the parties hereto, by and through their undersigned
authorized officers have caused this Extension to be executed on this /.?)- day
of 2010.
