On May 17, 2005, the Community Development Board reviewed your Preliminary Plat application in conjunction with a Flexible Development application (FLD2002- 12044 approved by the Community Development Board (CDB) on May 20, 2003) to permit 4 attached dwelling units and to reduce the side (north and south) setbacks from 10 feet to six feet (to building) reduce the lot area from 15,000 square feet to 13,483 square feet and reduce the lot width from 150 feet to 100 feet, as part of a Residential Infill Project under the provisions of Section 2-402.G. The CDB APPROVED the Preliminary Plat application with the following base and three conditions: Base for Approval: 1. The proposal complies with the Flexible Development criteria as a Comprehensive Infill Redevelopment Project per Section 4-703. Conditions of Approval: 1.
