A building permit will be required to install the landscaping proposed. Assuming this application is decided by the Community Development Board (CDB) on December 16, 2008, this Section of the Code would require the submission of such building permit for landscaping by December 16, 2009, and the issuance of that permit by June 16, 2010, and then the improvements would need to be constructed and finaled. It appears unclear if this time frame will work for this proposal.
