It is located on the west side of West Manor Avenue and east of Belcher Road, approximately 80 feet south of Manor Boulevard North. The applicant is requesting this annexation in order to receive sanitary sewer and solid waste service from the City. The property is an enclave and is contiguous to existing City boundaries to the north, south, east and west. This petition will eliminate this enclave.
