The City of Clearwater is hereby notifying the Pinellas Planning Council of its receipt of a new
application for voluntary annexation of property located at 45 Baywood Avenue (ANX2008-
03007) into its jurisdiction. The subject property is located within the City of Clearwater
Planning Area and upon annexation will be served by City of Clearwater sewer and solid waste
service (where available). The proposed annexation is consistent with Florida law regarding
municipal annexations through their adjacency with existing city boundaries and their compact in
concentration.
