SALES AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this -ZQ__ day of ~_.
1976 by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called "Seller", and MUSSELMAN ST EEL CORPORA-
TION, a Florida corporation, whose principal place of business is located at
1711 South 20th Street, Tampa, Florida 33601, hereinafter called "Purchaser":
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Seller has previously entered into a contract with Pur-
chaser dated August 5, 1976 wherein details relating to the sale of a National
Cash Register C -101 System were agreed upon; and
WHEREAS, the Purchaser desires to acquire an additional 16K of Memory
to accompany the System and the Seller desires to sell this additional component:
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties covenant and agree as follows:
1.
The Agreement of August 5, 1976 between the City of Clearwater,

2. The Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase the
following component in addition to all items described in the original Agreement:

3. The Purchaser agrees to remit to Seller as the purchase price for
this added component the sum of $4, 788. 00, such sum to be paid in full at the
Hme of execution of the addendum to the original Agreement.
4. The Purchaser agrees to make arrangements for and pay all costs
associated with moving the 16K Memory.
5. It is agreed that any injury, loss or destruction of the cornputer system
and conlponent parts after delivery to the Purchaser shall not release the
Purchaser froIn its obligation to pay the purchase price set out herein.
