Hilton, Planner II SUBJECT: Amendment to the Certified Preliminary Plat fo(Dr. Salisbury's Parking Lot (PSP 93-05) COPIES: See List Below DATE: August 17, 1993 The Development Review Committee at its meeting of June 24, 1993, approved the amendment to the site plan described above subject to the following conditions: 1. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes. 2. The requisite building permits must be procured within one (1) year from the date of certification of the final site plan and all requisites certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years of the date of certification of the site plan. 3. The related final plat shall be recorded within one (1) year from the certification date of the preliminary plat or prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, whichever comes first. 4. Prior to certification, handicap spaces must be adjusted to meet government standards. 5. Prior to certification, dimensions to be shown on the plan to denote measurements for aisles, parking stalls, entrances, etc. 6. Prior to Environmental approval of the final site plan, applicant shall express total paved vehicular use are calculations and total interior landscape area calculations in square feet and as a percentage of the overall site in the site plan data block. 7. Prior to Environmental approval of the final site plan, applicant shall depict by shading or cross-hatching, all required parking lot interior landscape areas. 8. The landscape plan must be revised to reflect plant specifications, shrub quantities and interior landscaping in compliance with current City Code. As conditions #4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 have been met, please certify the attached plans subject to conditions #1, 2 and 3 listed above and distribute. LRH/Irh cc: James M.
