SUBJECT. Certification of the Final Site Plan for G.I.S. Housing III - Pinellas, Located on the south side of
Turner Street, east of Greenwood Avenue (PSP 89-11)

DATE: April 2o, 1990 / l 3? -//U/ lC?! r rl.? r 3t On July 13, 1989, the Development Review Committee approved the above referenced final site plan subject to
the following conditions:
. 1. The proposed fire and domestic water mains subject to the approval of the fire marshal and utilities
engineer, must be shown on the final site plan prior to certification.
2. Prior to certification the following information must be provided:
a. Copies of permit appplications to DER and SWFWMD.
b. A minimum of 50 ft. of topographical survey on site and adjacent to the perimeter of the project is to
be shown on the site plan.
c. A four ft. sidewalk, one ft. off of property along Turner Street must be shown on plan.
d. Drainage calculations, including hydrograph for detention pond complete with cross sections, water table
and soil borings:
e. Sanitary sewer tie is to be shown on the site plan.
L Proposed floor slab elevation, parking lot grades and adjacent site grades are to shown on the final site
plan.
3. Prior to issuance of a building permit, a copy of the approved permit from SWFWMD is to be provided
to the Public Works Department.
4. Handicap spaces must be revised to conform with DOT standards, subject to approval of Traffic Engineer.
5. Open Space Recreation Fees are required by City Ordinance prior to Certificate of Occupancy.
6. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes.
7. The surveyed location of all existing trees must be provided and identified on the site plan. These trees are
to include the trees to be removed for the proposed development. The revised site plan will be subject to
approval by the Environmental Division.
8. The requisite initial building permits must be procured within one year from the date of certification and
all requisite Certificates of Occupancybe issued within three (3) years from the date of certification of the
final site plan.
As conditions #1,2,4,5,7 have been met, please certify the attached plans/plats subject to conditions #3,6,8 listed
above and distribute. ,
