RE: Post Court Subdivision Plat
Dear Ms. Glatthorn:
This letter is to request a 6 month extension for our requirement to file the subdivision plat for our Post
Court development. Our current expiration date is June 28, 1990.
The owner of the proposed lot 2 of our plat is in default to us on a mortgage loan. We have initiated
foreclosure proceedings against him and because of this adversary relationship it is unlikely he will
execute the plat. Additionally the foreclosure proceedings will not be complete in time for us to execute
the plat for lot 2. For these reasons we are requesting this extension.
If you have no objections, please place this request on the next available Development Review
Committee agenda and advise me of the status.
We will require written confirmation for our lender of this approved extension prior to our original expiration
date.
Please feel free to call if you have any concerns on this matter. Thank you for your prompt attention.
Best Regards,
Steven M. Klitgaard,
President
