Any proposed fencing shall meet code.) 3. The sidewalk along Flagler Drive shall be shown to.extend to the east property line and sidewalks shall be shown to be provided along Keene Road. Calculations be provided to the Parks and Recreation Director regarding the square footage of buildings to be removed from the site in order to determine if open space fees are payable on this project. (The Director of Parks and Recreation determined on 12-19-86 that this proposal is exempt from paying open.space fees.) 8. The requisite initial building permit shall be procured prior to March 27, 1987 and all Certificates of Occupancy shall be procured within two years of date of issuance of the initial building permit..,
