1. A notation shall be provided at the eni'gN'ce`tld'ive(s) off
Keene Road to the effect that the driveway('0.,will be
constructed at the time Keene Road is paved adjacent to this
property. (Has been noted on the revised plan.)
2. The notations regarding fence heights along the rights-of-way
"``-- shall be adjusted to meet code requirements. (Existing 6 ft.
fencing may remain. Any proposed fencing shall meet code.)
3. The sidewalk along Flagler Drive shall be shown to.extend to
the east property line and sidewalks shall be shown to be
provided along Keene Road. (This sidewalk is shown on the
revised plan.)
4. The additional fire hydrant location shall be noted as
required by the Fire Marshal. (Has been noted on the plan as
per Jeff Daniels, Fire Department.)
5. The dumpster location shall be noted on the plan and approved
by the Sanitation Division, such dumpster to be visually
screened with a 12' wide clear opening. (Has been noted on
the revised plan.)
CONDITIONS:
6. A 10' easement will be provided over water mains up to and
including meters and hydrants prior to issuance of the
building permit. (Has been noted on the revised plan.)
7. Calculations be provided to the Parks and Recreation Director
regarding the square footage of buildings to be removed from
the site in order to determine if open space fees are payable
on this project. (The Director of Parks and Recreation
determined on 12-19-86 that this proposal is exempt from
paying open.space fees.)
8. The requisite initial building permit shall be procured prior
to March 27, 1987 and all Certificates of Occupancy
shall be procured within two years of date of issuance of the
initial building permit..,
