On March 31, 2005, the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application for Flexible Standard Development approval for exterior renovation to an existing retail strip center, located in the Commercial zoning district. The request includes an increase in building height from 25.0 feet to 32.66 feet for architectural embellishments, per section 2-703.R The DRC recommended approval of the application with the following bases and conditions: Bases for Approval: 1. The proposal complies with Retail Sales/Service criteria under the provisions of Section 2-703.R; 2.
