There is a 6' privacy fence around my back yard. The location of the shed will meet all set-back requirements. From the backside of our property the shed will not be visible at all, due to the locati an of my neighbor's home. His home will block any view of the shed from the road. My home will block more than half of the shed's. roof. Only about the top 18" will be seen from the road. And even at -:hat, one will need to work at it to see any of the shed at all. a. The shed will be ordered to match the color of our home. Therefore, it will enhance our community's overall appearance, as well as add value to our home. Even thought mo,,t of it cannot be seen. b. Flowers will be planted around it, which my wife, others and I will enjoy. c. By moving items and equipment now stored in the garage to the shed, we will be able to park our vehicles inside, which will improve the looks of the entire street.
