The first is a question from you on setback requirements. Our understanding from previous discussions with you is that the setback requirements in the tourist district are from 0-1.5 feet. Therefore we request your assistance in determining what reductions would apply in our case. The second item concerns the building elevation per the drawings that we submitted.
