On December 8, 2005, the Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed your application for Flexible Standard Development approval to permit Alcoholic Beverage Sales use to occupy an existing use of Retail Sales and Services, in the Commercial (C) zoning district, per Section 2-703.C. The DRC recommended approval of the application with the following bases and conditions: Bases for Approval: 1. The proposal complies with Detached Dwellings criteria under the provisions of Section 2-703.C.1; 2. The plan complies with General Applicability Criteria under the provisions of Section 3-913; and 3. The proposed development is compatible with the surrounding area. Condition of Approval: 1. That BCP2005-11715 be completed; 2. Submit documentation from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations stating health inspection has been completed and approved; and 3. Completion of the Background Information Report; 4. Obtain all required Occupational Licenses; 5. Obtain Planning Department approval for state alcohol licenses. I concur with the findings of the Development Review Committee and, through this letter, approve your application for Flexible Standard Development with the above condition. The approval is based on and must adhere to the site plan and application dated received October 1, 2005. Pursuant to Section 4-303, an application for a building permit shall be made within one year of Flexible Standard Development approval (December 7, 2006). All required certificates of occupancy shall be obtained within one year of the date of issuance of the building permit. Time frames do not change with successive owners.
