STORMWATER PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: (City of Clearwater Storm Drainage Design Crite Manual and 4-202.A.21) A STORMWATER NARRATIVE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL APPLICATIONS. All applications that im addition or modification of impervious surface, including buildings, must include a stormwater plan that demonstrates compliance the City of Clearwater Storm Drainage Design Criteria manual. A reduction in impervious surface area does not qualify as an exem, to this requirement. If a plan is not required, the narrative shall provide an explanation as to why the site is exempt. They were applied several years ago after rebuilding of the roof following a structural collapse. The shingles were a hunter green and blended with the surrounding greenery well enough. The recent paint job is ecru color, a stark contrast probably intended to catch the attention of motorists as they approach from the Sand Key Bridge. The green color of the shingles is showing through the new paint indicating at least one more coat is needed to cover properly. It's too bad the Shell management has so little concern for the people who call this area home.
