During this process it was determined that a portion of the Lawson Road and Black Burn Street right-of-way fronting the project site was owned and maintained by Pinellas County. Through numerous meetings with the County and City it was agreed that these right-of-way areas would be annexed into the City of Clearwater (See attached Annexation Area exhibit showing the area owned and maintained by Pinellas County).
