The applicants are requesting this annexation in order to receive City sanitary sewer and solid waste. The property is located within an enclave. It is proposed that the property be assigned a Future Land Use Plan designation of Residential Low (RL) and a zoning category of Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR). The Planning Department determined that the proposed annexation is consistent with the provisions of Community Development Code Section 4-604.E and Pinellas County Ordinance No. 00-63 as follows: • The subject property is seeking City of Clearwater sanitary sewer service and solid waste.
