July 2£3,1955.
Clearwater Cemetery,
Clearwater, Florida.
Gentlemen:-
Under date of March 11,1940 Rachel Boyd Smith -purchased the S1 of Lot 165
of Clearwater Cemetery Addition, also known as Sl, of Lot 165 Block 7 of
Clearwater Cemetery Addition. As I understand it this contains two graves.
Henry Louis Smith was buried here on March 11,1940, and there is one grave
left. However, Rachel Boyd Smith died in Duluth A-ril 28,1953, and was
buried in Duluth, and left to immediate family. Her closed relatives were
several nieces and ne-ohews. She did say sometime before her death that
she would like to have some needy person in Clearwater be buried in the grave
that she purchased for herself.
I know this seems unusual, but can it be arranged, and if so I will send you
the deed that was given to her on March 11, signed by J.R. Dyer and Elizabeth L.
Dyer.
I Pm Mrs. Smith's niece and would like to have t--.is wish granted if possible.
Thank you.
Sincere
_Y
