FROM: COPIES: SUBJECT: Keith Crawford, Traffic Engineering Director Ed Bethel, Buil~ing Department Director Sidewalk Waiver: 332 Elizabeth Avenue DATE: May 9, 1984 I have checked the request for a Sidewalk Waiver at 332 Elizabeth Avenue and.found that approximately 100. to the north is a sidewalk in front of a duplex on the same side of the street. This is the only sidewalk on Elizabeth Avenue. However, since the Code requirement is that there be no sidewalks within 200., this location does not meet the provisions for granting a waiver and it is my recommendation that it be denied. -> ~
