Since there are no sidewalks within 200 feet of the referenced property, the property is not part of a school walk route and no pedestrian hazard would be created, you meet the requirements as set forth in the aforementioned Code Section. Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that a temporary waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement is granted on the aoove-referenced property.
