of $1725.10 in payments of $45.00 per month, starting May 25, 1989. These
payments will be made at the City Attorney.s office and the money forwarded to
the Finance Department.

the City of Clearwater by virtue of a City of Clearwater lien, known as Lien
Number L840015, issued June 7, 1984, and recorded as Instrument #84137457, in
O.R. 5793, at Page 1650, on June 29, 1984, on the following described property:
W. F. Hughey's Sub, Block I, -North 60 feet of Lots 12 and 13
Monthly payments of $45.00 per month for 38 months and a final payment of
$15.10, said payments to be due on the 25th of each month, the first payment
being due on May 25, 1989. The term of this note shall begin on the date above
stated and, shall continue until the note is fully paid.
By signing this promissory note, I knowingly waive my right to contest the
amount due and I further admit full liability for the said obligation.
By signing this promissory note, I knowingly waive the application of the
Statute of Limitations.
If default be made in the payment of any of the sums mentioned herein, or
in the performance of any of the agreements contained herein, then the entire
principal sum shall become due and collectible without notice, and shall bear
interest from the date of such default until paid at the highest rate of interest
allowable under the laws of the State of Florida. Failure to exercise this
option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same in the
event of any subsequent default.
Each person herein hereby waives presentment, protest, notice of protest,
and notice of dishonor and agrees to pay all costs, including a reasonable
attorney's fee, whether suit be brought or not, if after maturity this notice
or default hereunder, counsel shall be employed to collect this note.
