RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED
Reference: 1110 N. Pine Street
Dear Mr. Schultz:
In accordance with Section 138.09 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clearwater, I have reviewed your request for a temporary sidewalk installa-
tion waiver.
Since there are no sidewalks along N. Pine Street and portions of Madison
Avenue right-of-way have been vacated and there appears to be no intent to
construct the road, you meet the requirements set forth in the aforementioned
Code Section. Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that a temporary waiver
of the sidewalk installation requirement is granted on the above-referenced
property. Should it be determined that a sidewalk is required at this loca-
tion in the future, it will be installed by the assessment process.

SUBJECT:
Sidewalk Waiver Request for 1110 N. Pine Street
DATE:
June 30, 1986
We have reviewed the subject sidewalk waiver request and found that there
are no sidewalks along N. Pine Street. Although there are additional
vacant lots east of this property, construction of a sidewalk would dead
end at the Madison Avenue right-of-way. Portions of Madison Avenue right-
of-way have been vacated and there appears to be no intent to construct
the road.
Since the requirements for a waiver are met, it is my recommendation that
it be granted.
