I have reviewed your request for a temporary sidewalk installation waiver for Bett y Lane. Betty Lane is a dedicated right-of-way but is unimproved at this time. Prior to your construction of a sidewalk abutting Court Street, there was no sidewalk within 200 feet of the Betty Lane area. Accordingly, I am pleased to inform you that a temporary \o,'aiver of the sidewalk installation requirement is granted on the above-referenced portion of your property.
