Attached is Mutual Rllease re: the above title. Mr.
Bryson had requested this release to furnish the Fin-
ancial Responsibility. Division of th. State Insurance
Department. He made no claim against the City and the
City made no claim against him.
This release is in connection with run-in with a police
cruiser on South Ft. Harrison on June 22, 1958.

MUTUAL REIEASE
THIS AGREEU~NT made this 29th day of July, 1958, between
the GIT't OF CUARWATER, FLORIDA, hereafter referred to as "City"
and JAl~S HERBERT BRYSON of 70~ Smith Street, Clearwater, Florida,
hereafter referred to as "Bryson".
WHEF\EAS, on the--22nd
day of June
, 1958 a vehicle operated
by "Bryson" and a Clearwater police car operated by an employee of
"City" collided causing damage to each of the said vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the said "City" and "Bryson" have agreed to settle
all claims for damages each may have a:;ainst the other by virtue
of and arising out of the aforesaid accid9nt by the execution of
this Mutual Release agreement in the manner hereafter appearing,
WITNESSETH:
That in pursuance of the said agreement, and in consideration
of the mutual promises expressed herein and the execution of this
release by both of said parties, the "City" and "Bryson" each does
hereby release the other, his heirs, executors, successors, admin-
istrators, assigns, estates and effects from all sums of money,
accounts, actions, claims and demands each may have against the
other arising out of and because of the aforesaid accident.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto set their
hands am seals the day and year first above written.
