Dear Mr. Kirbas:
Pursuant to the Jolley Trolley System Grant Funding Agreement between the City of
Clearwater and Jolley Trolley Transportation of Clearwater, Inc., dated September 27,
2001, this letter will serve as the notice of intention regarding the status of continued
funding to the Jolley Trolley.
Please be advised that the City of Clearwater may not continue funding or may reduce
the amount of funding currently being received beginning with FY 02/03.
