Dear Betty,
Pursuant to our telephone conversation this week we would like to
confirm our understanding by your acceptance of this letter agree-
ment. J.K. Financial-Clearwater Square, Inc. and the City of
Clearwater agree that the Clearwater Police will park in the un-
covered parking area on the roof of the Park Street Garage at all
times, unless there are no uncovered spaces available. In that
event, they will park in the covered section of the garage.
We would like to thank you for your assistance in resolving this
"parking problem". I am sure that our tenants will be satisfied
with this solution.
