THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the Y( day of
July, A. D. 1978, by U. S. HOME CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation,
a corporation qualified to transact busines sin the State of Florida" and having
its principal place of business at CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, hereinafter called

(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee,
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WHEREAS, the Warranty Deed dated the 5th day of August, A.D. 1977,
and recorded on September 8, 1977, in O. R. Book 4595, page 44, of the PUblic
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U. S. Home Corporation, A
Delaware Corporation, a corporation qualified to transact business in the
State of Florida, undertook to convey to the City of Clearwater land to be
used for right-of-way purposes for Enterprise Road, as the same was more
particularly described in such deed; and
WHEREAS, at the time the Warranty Deed was executed a mistake
existed in the survey to the tract described in the deed resulting in an error
in the metes and bounds description; and
WHEREAS, U. S. Home Corporation wishes to correct such error in
the des cription;
NOW, THEREFORE, the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1..00) and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey, and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in Pinellas
County, Florida, to wit:

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful authority to
sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully warrants the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever;
and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
By acceptance and recording of this Corrective Deed, the City of
Clearwater accepts the conveyance herein contained, and further acknowledges
that the only property rights which it has in the property described in this,
Deed are those which it has received pursuant to this instrwnent.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its
