AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of
~ ,1980, by and between DONALD G. REICH and
MARIAN R. REICH, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Seller, and
,
the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, herein-
after referred to as Purchaser:
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained and other valuable considerations passing between
the parties hereto, the Seller agrees to grant and the Purchaser
agrees to buy the following described land, lying and being in
Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 120, Replat of Ardmore Place as recorded in Plat
25, Page 56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, less the following.
Start at the SW corner of Lot 120 for P.O. B., and go
North 00002'37" W, 43.36 feet along the west line of
said Lot 120; thence go N 39024'18" E, 75.62 feet to
a point on the north line of said Lot 120; thence go
S 89009'01" E 7.68 feet to the NE corner of said
Lot 120, thence go S 00014'26" W, 102.50 feet along
the east line of Lot 120 to the SE corner of said Lot;
thence go N 89009'01" W, 55.22 feet along the south
line of said lot to the P.O.B. Containing 1383.42
square feet.
The total purchase price of said land shall be the sum of
Six Hundred Dollars ($ 600.00), payable in full upon closing,
which shall be on or before ninety (90) days from date hereof at
the office of the City Attorney, Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola
Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, Seller agrees to grant said land to
said Purchaser upon payment of said sum.
The obligations and benefits under this contract shall extend to
the personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of
the parties hereto.
