Dear Ms. Akin and Mr. Horne:
This letter is written with respect to the Lease between Pickles Plus Too, Inc. and the City
of Clearwater.
As you are aware, Pickles Plus Too properly renewed its Lease with the City for another five
year term.
Pursuant to my letter dated February 16, 2009, we requested confirmation of the acceptance
of the upcoming renewal period by the City and confirmation of the Lease terms. We have not
received a response from the City with respect to such written confirmation.
The confirmation was requested as a courtesy. The renewal does not require a confirmation.
We will deem the present Lease terms as accepted by the City for the renewal period of
February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2015.
