RELEASE AND CONSENT
TO USE OF PATENT PROCESSES
For and in consideration of the payment of the sum of One
Dollar ($1. 00) and other good and valuable considerations by the CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the INCINERMATIC CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation, by and through its officers, hereby fully releases
the said City of Clearwater, its officials, servants, employees, agents
and/ or contractors from any and all liability and damages, past, present
and future, resulting from the usage of patents numbered 2,983,234 and
3,041,986, which said patents will be used in the construction of an
incinerator, which said contract to build the same is held by Plibrico
Company and Jomes-Mahoney Corporation, the contractors for the
aforesaid City.
It is further understood and agreed that the assignment and/or
consent to use these patent rights is made to the City of Clearwater,
Florida, for the sole and express purpose of the construction of an
incinerator, the contract for which is held by the above named contractors,
and permission and consent is hereby granted to the City of Clearwater,
Florida, to assign the use of these patents to the above named contractors
for the express purpose of constructing said incinerator as aforesaid.
This consent applies to the aforenumbered two patents and any
other pending patents or related processes which are contemplated in
the City's contract to construct the said incinerator, which the under-
signed corporatwncontrolseither directly or indire.ctly:. '
It is agreed that this release and consent shall be binding
upon the successors and assigns of the undersigned.
