The Union shall provide written notice to the City of the
appointment and/or replacement of stewards.
Section 2. An employee having a grievcmce shall have

other Union Officer during 'Harking tiDe. provided that
neither the employee nor the Shift Ste\.;arcl nay leave
their assigned Fire Station \.;ithout prior permission of the
