This Certificate pertains to an Agreement for Development and Disposition of Property
(IMR Global Center Project), by and between the Agency and the Developer, dated as of June
18, 1998 (the "Development Agreement"), which provides, among other things, for the sale of
property within a project site as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
and the granting of certain easements (the "Global Center Site") for the development and
construction of the Infrastructure Improvements and the Global Center Project, as same are
defined in the Development Agreement.
As provided in Section 8.05 of the Development Agreement, the construction and
installation of f h P\ SL.::n:. of the Global Center Project has been completed
substantially in accordance with the requirements of the Development Agreement and such
improvements are substantially complete. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that such
Phase of the Global Center Project has been so completed and have executed this Certificate as
conclusive determination of such completion and satisfaction of the Developer's obligation under
the Development Agreement to construct and install such Phase.
A copy of the fully executed Development Agreement is on file with the City Clerk, City
of Clearwater, Florida, located at City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida, which
is available for review and copying by the public. A copy of the Global Center Project Plans and
Specifications for this Phase is on file with the City Engineer, City of Clearwater, Florida,
located at City Hall, 112 S, Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, Florida, which is available for review
and copying by the public,
