AGREEMENT OF PERMISSION

, by and between the CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as I'Cityl , and
Horizon House Incorporated of Clearwater
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor";
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the City desires to post signs to indicate areas snbject to
the current I!No Wake Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of property located in such a way c~s
to provide an ideal location to post a sign advising of the 'INo Wake Ordinancell;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenant::; herein
contained, City agrees with Grantor as follows:
1. Grantor hereby grants permission and authority to City and its
authorized representatives to enter upon Grantor's property located at
31 Is land Way
, Clearwater, Florida,
for the purpose of posting a sign advising the public of City's "No Wc,ke
Ordinance!l.
2. City agrees to enter Grantor's property at the following point:
Street or Seawall side
For the purpos e of maintaining the sign, Grantor authorizes City to ,:mter
the property at the point designated herein.
3. City agrees to post the sign at the following designated place:
Seawall at Point
4. City understands that the authorization conferred by this ')ermit
does not extend beyond or confer any other right other than the permission
and authority described herein.

s. This agreement and the permission conferred by the agreE:ment
sooner terminated by Grantor providing City thirty (30) days written notice.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City in its name and on its behalf by its
proper corporate officers, and Grantor have caused this agreement of
permission to be executed the day and year first above written.
