City Manager FROM: CITylOF CLEARWATER Interdepartment Correspondence Sheet Keith Crawford, Traffic Engineering Director 1, ,,' COPIES: SUBJECT: Sidewalk Waiver: 1345 Park Street E. Bethel, Building Department Director DATE: April 22, 1986 >'1 I have reviewed this location on site and found that there are no sidewalks on Park Street. In addition, the contours of the land and the amount of space between the right-of-way and the curb make it virtually impossible to construct a sidewalk. Since this location meets the criteria established in the ordinance it is my recommendation that the waiver be granted. ~ Attachment (Original)
