Since the sidewalk required to be installed at McMullen-Booth Road would be destroyed by the widening project which the County will soon begin, your request for a waiver of the sidewalk requirement is granted until the completion of the McMullen-Booth Road widening project. At that time, if the sidewalk has not been installed by the County and you are unable to produce evidence of your obligation being transferred contractually to the County, you will be required to install the sidewalk. Director 1"'t)7 ,J.;) , COPIES: SUBJECT: Sidewalk Wai ver: 1099 McMullen-Booth Road DATE: December I, 1987 This is in regard to the request for a sidewalk waiver or. 1099 McMullen-Booth Road for Hampton Garden of Clearwater. This location is in the route of the widening of McMullen-Booth Road which is scheduled to go to bid very soon. On other sidewalks along McMullen-Booth Road recently we have granted a waiver with the stipulation that the sidewalk must be installed within a specified time limit following completion of McMullen-Booth Road. If the sidewalk is not installed by the Cocnty as a part of the project then it will become the burden of the property owner to make the installation. It is my reccmmendation that this same arrangement be made with this sidewalk. ~ Attachment (Original)
