In accordance with Section 138.09 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clearwater, I have reviewed your request for a temporary sidewalk installa-
tion waiver.
Since this property is not part of a school route, the walVlng of the side-
walk requirement will not create a pedestrian hazard, and there are no
sidewalks. along Tioga Avenue, this location meets the requirements set
forth in Section 138.09. Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that a
temporary waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement is granted on
the above-referenced property. Should it be determined that a sidewalk
is required at this location in the future, it will be installed by the
assessment process.

along Tioga Avenue.
Since this is not part of a school walk route and the absence of a sidewalk does not
create a pedestrian hazard, it is my recommendation that a waiver be granted.

Se~tion ~~8.09 of the Code of Ordinances of the City requlres that all land
that abuts a public right-of-way, which is to have new construction on it,
either for residential, commercial, industrial or other purposes, shall have
sidewalks constructed by the Owner on, across or adjacent thereto.
Tile Owner understands and agrees that if the waiver is granted, the City may
install sidewalks at a future date and assess the owner for the full cost of
said sidewalks.
