RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Humane Society of PinelIas, Inc. is a society duly incorporated
and organized under the laws of the State of Florida for the prevention of cruelty to
animals within the meaning of Section 828.03, Florida Statute and:
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Humane Society of PinelIas, Inc. to appoint
Richard L. Chaboudy as Humane Officer pursuant to Chapter 828, Florida Statute, and:
WHEREAS, the Humane Society of Pine lIas, Inc. exists and works in Clearwater,
Florida and:
WHEREAS, Section 828.03, Florida Statute, requires mayorial approval of such
appointment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Humane Society of Pinellas,
Inc. that Richard L. Chaboudy be, and hereby is, appointed and designated as its agent for
purposes of investigating violations of any of the provisions of Chapter 828, Florida
Statute, and any other law of the state which relates to the cruelty to animals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor Brian Aungst of Clearwater,
Florida be, and hereby is, requested to approve and render effective the appointment
hereby made in accordance with the provisions of Section 828.03, Florida Statute.
