Dear Ms. Enriquez: The Planning staff has reviewed your application to reduce the front (south) setback from 25 feet to 15.1 feet for an addition, under the provisions of Section 2-203.B. at 227 Meadow Lark Lane: The proposal includes approximately a 614 square foot addition in association with an existing single- family dwelling. After a preliminary review of the submitted documents, staff has determined that the application is complete. The Development Review Committee (DRC) will review the application for sufficiency on September 18, 2003 in the Planning Department conference room -Roam 216 - on the second floor of the Municipal Services Building.
