SUBJECT: Homeless Emergency Contract

I approved this contract for your signature even though it is nine months late, and even
though it could stand some improvement in identifying the Homeless Emergency Project.
The contract does not say whether this is a not-for-profit corporation (although Mike
Holmes assured me that it is), or some other entity. I have instructed Mike to change these
contracts in this respect for the future.
This contract is 75% completed, and it should probably be expedited, and that is why I have
signed it.
