The filing of an application/notice of appeal shall stay the effect of the decision pending the final determination of the case. The hearing before the Community Development Board shall be scheduled at the first available meeting of the Board (sufficient to provide notice under Section 4-206) and may be continued at that meeting of the Board so that the Board may receive more information, clarification, or research.
