RE: HOLIDAY INN/SURFS IDE - CLEARWATER BEACH CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY
Dear Hr. Bustin:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation this date, I will imme-
diately mail the Deeds exchanging the Holiday Inn property with
the City to my clients who are currently vacationing in North
Carolina. Also, I will instruct W. B. Johnson Properties, Inc.
and Equitel Life Assurance Corporation to execute the documents.
This should be completed within five (5) days from October 15,
1981.
Further, it is my understanding that in light of this letter
the fact that the Deeds have not actually been signed by all
the parties due to some being out of ~own, that this will not
prevent the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the
Holiday Inn/Surfside. If there are any other problems regarding
the issuance of the Certificate, please have your staff inform
me immediately so we may correct same.
It is my understanding that the Johnson Properties organization
will apply for the Certificate on Thursday, October 15, 1981.
Hopefully, everything will be resolved, if necessary, by that
time.
