A determination of the front setback shall consider the extent to which existing structures in the neighborhood have been constructed to a regulaz or uniform set back from the right-of--way; There are several properties in the immediate area with reductions in the front setback between ten and twenty feet, our request is for fifteen feet along street right of ways. b. The architecture of the home we intend to construct will be of a Mediterranean style and will add value to the neighborhood. c.
