On January 5, 2006, the Development Review Committee (composed of the City's professional staff) will review and determine whether the application demonstrates compliance with the City's Community Development Code. Following that review and determination, the Planning Director will issue a Development Order approving, approving with conditions, or denying the application. The earliest date that the City will make a decision on the application will be January 5, 2006. The City encourages you to participate in the review of this application.
