STORMWATER PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: (City of Clearwater Storm Drainage Design Crite Manual and 4-202.A.21) A STORMWATER NARRATIVE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL APPLICATIONS. All applications that involy addition or modification of impervious surface, including buildings, must include a stormwater plan that demonstrates compliance wit the City of Clearwater Storm Drainage Design Criteria manual. A reduction in impervious surface area does not qualify as an exemptio to this requirement.
